An arm assembly of a mobile dust collector according to the present invention, comprising a base plate (110) attached to a dust collector body (10), a base portion (100) comprising a rotating flange (120) inserted into an inner surface of the base plate, a bracket wing (134) integrally formed around a pole insertion portion (132), and a pole bracket support (130) attached to an inner circumferential surface of the rotating flange (120); a first pole portion (200) including a first pole (210) having a threaded portion (210a) formed at the bottom end, engaging a friction member (220) via a through hole (132a) with a trust ball bearing (230) and a nut (210b); a second pole portion (300) comprising a second pole (310) pivotably connected to the first pole (210) at the other end, wherein a fastening bolt (320) is connected via a nut (370) through a protect ring (330), a ring member (340), a friction member (350), and a trust ball bearing (360), respectively; a third pawl portion (400) including a third pawl (410) connected via a nut (470) to the first pawl (210), wherein a fastening bolt (420) at one end penetrates a small friction member (430), a pair of ring members (440), a large friction member (450), a connecting pawl (480), and a trust ball bearing (460), respectively, and is connected via a nut (470) for preventing loosening; a hood portion 500 comprising a hood 510, an auxiliary hood 514 connected at both sides of the outer peripheral surface of the hood, a damper 570 for opening and closing provided on the interior of the hood 510 and pivoting thereon, and a connecting bracket 520 having a first end connected to the third pole 410 via a fastening bolt 530, a friction member 534, and a nut 532, and a second end connected to a hood bracket 512.
